Return Process
- Return Period: You may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase of the Service.
- Return Request: Your return is accepted unconditionally. You must make your request in writing, using a completed Service Return Form.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the unique nature of some of our services, the following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain Name Sale/Transfer: Sale or transfer of domain names registered from an international center.
- Content Placement: Preparing customized content and images.
- SSL Certificates: Site-specific international security certificates.
- Automated SEO Content: Custom-generated SEO content.
- Promotional Writing Packages: Customized blurbs and their publishing.
- Custom Web Design and Development: Custom designed and developed websites. This service is non-refundable as it is customized according to the client’s needs.
- Customized Software Solutions: Software solutions developed for the specific needs of your business.
- E-Commerce Systems: Customized e-commerce solutions and infrastructures. These systems are non-returnable as they are designed and installed according to the customer’s specific requirements.
- User Interface/UI Design: Custom user interface design and user experience development.
- Mobile Application Development: Custom mobile application development services for iOS, Android or other platforms.
- SEO and Digital Marketing Services: SEO optimization and digital marketing campaigns to increase your website’s visibility in search engines.
- Social Media Management: Customized content creation and management services for your social media accounts.

Return Transaction Details
- Payment Status: The relevant service must be prepaid in order to be refunded. For payments made by credit card, the bank commission will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return Invoice: After the return request, a return invoice must be issued and sent for the relevant product/service. If an invoice cannot be issued, the original invoice must be returned. If we do not receive the return invoice, the VAT on the invoice will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping and Transportation Costs: Shipping, postage and other transportation costs incurred during the return process are deducted from the return amount.
