About Revision Rights and Revision Processes

Revision is a normal and indispensable part of the creative process. Our most important task is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the service they have purchased.

The average revision time for all services is minimum 2 working days and maximum 7 working days. We reserve the right to change the deadlines in extraordinary circumstances.

Don’t worry; often our team delivers revisions faster than average times.

The following revision rights apply to all services created through our Website, Telephone Calls, e-mail services or Order Form. All persons and institutions who create an order and pay for the service received are deemed to have accepted these rights.

Your Revision Rights in Different Service Areas are as follows.

Revision Processes and Rights in Graphic Design Services

Your graphic work starts with the information you provide and the brief process. The client should ensure that complete and non-misleading information is shared.

Accurate and quality information is a prerequisite for quality content. For this reason,
the density and quality of the materials (articles, visuals, sectoral information, etc.)
to be transmitted to our company from the brand teams are of high importance in
determining the quality of the content produced.

Graphic works prepared in line with the information you provide are submitted for your approval.

After the correct information is shared, you have 2 revision rights on the final product.

You should carefully analyze the content delivered to you and clearly indicate the areas where you want to make changes. At this stage, you can request as many changes as you want at once.

After your revision request, our relevant graphic designer will provide the changes you want and send it to you for re-approval.

2. Your right of revision is a control phase for the changes you requested in your initial request. At this stage, you can request a correction if you have an incomplete change request or if there is an error made.

Requests for more revisions will be billed extra.

Website Services and Web Design

Website services consist of multiple stages. Infrastructure (Hosting, Domain Selection etc.) Process, Coding and Software Process, Design Process.

Your revision rights in the infrastructure process;

Price differences will be invoiced to you. The domain is registered according to international standards and is registered for at least 1 year. If the domain you wrote in the order form is available and available, it will be registered in your name. The domain cannot be changed later. To change the domain, you need to create a new order form. The first hosting service you purchased for your old domain can be used for free.

Your revision rights during the design process;

The design of your website is adjusted according to the infrastructure to be used and presented to you as a demo. This demo can only consist of screenshots (jpeg). In some cases a video of the demo is made or it can be experienced as a live demo. (Arla Medya reserves the use of this right).

After the demo approval, the design of your site starts to be created. Your revision rights apply at this stage. In the demo provided to you, you can specify all the design features you want to change. Changes you do not specify in the web design will be prepared as they appear in the demo. You do not have any right to change afterwards.

All design revisions to be made after the site of customers who do not request revisions in the design during the demo process are invoiced separately and reflected to you.

Your revision rights in the Coding & Software process;

After design approval, coding or editing is done so that the features on the site can work and display properly on all devices. At this stage, any errors that may arise from Arla Medya or its business partners are compensated free of charge. If extra modules and features not included in the demo are requested, the price difference will be invoiced and reflected to the customer.

Social Media Posts

Work is initiated according to the features you select in the Social Media Management Order Form.

Your Social Media Management Revision Rights are different from Revision Rights in Other Services. These rights are tailored to each customer according to the characteristics of the package created by the customer and are fixed by contract.

Logo and Corporate Identity

The logo creation process starts with the Logo Order Form you have filled out. At this stage, you must enter complete information about your company.

2 different logo designs for your approval.

You can choose one of these two designs and let us know what items you want to change. You have 2 Revision rights at this stage. You can send us the changes you want in one go. Changes are made to the logo in line with your requests and forwarded to you. After this process, you are entitled to one more revision. You can also use your second revision right so as not to disrupt the general lines of the design you have approved (you cannot request a different logo again).

If you do not like and approve the 2 different designs offered in the first stage, you can request an extra 1 different design free of charge. Consider revision processes to reach the result faster with the right information.

There is an extra charge for more different design requests.

All designs submitted to you, whether you approve or not, are protected by the .tst extension timestamp and Law No. 5070. Arla Medya covers the costs and expenses incurred for these transactions.

This prevents possible unauthorized use.

If the customer uses a logo designed, drawn or drafted by Arla Medya without approval, presents it as a draft to another company or indirectly acts on the logo, Arla Medya has the right to take legal action without informing.
