1. These Terms of Use apply to visitors to the website www.arlamedya.com. Please read the following conditions carefully. If you do not accept these conditions, do not visit Arlamedya.com Website.

2. The owner of the website www.arlamedya.com (hereinafter briefly referred to as “Website“) is Arla Medya (hereinafter briefly referred to as “Company“) located at the address “Antalya/Muratpaşa”. The Services offered through the Website are provided by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change the information, forms, content of any kind and these Terms of Use at any time without any further notice.

3. In order to comply with the obligations imposed on it pursuant to Law No. 5651 and other relevant legislation in force, the Company may record and store the records specified in the relevant legislation within the legal period regarding all kinds of transactions carried out by persons visiting the Website.

4. Visitors accept and undertake that they will not reproduce, copy, distribute, process any content, including electronic text, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs and lists on the Website, and that they will not compete directly and / or indirectly with the Company either directly and / or indirectly with these actions or in other ways.

5. Any content accessed and/or viewed through the Website cannot be used and viewed by third parties in any environment, especially on the internet, without the prior and written consent of the Company; otherwise, it will constitute unlawful use.

8. It is forbidden to intensively extract information from the database in order to obtain the content accessed and/or viewed through the Website. The Company may file a criminal complaint against the persons who do not comply with this prohibition in order to punish them in accordance with the legislation in force due to the act of ‘unauthorized access to the information system’ within the scope of Article 243/1 of the Turkish Penal Code.

9. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, transmit, process and display the contents and interface on other websites and/or media without the written consent of the Company.

10. The Company may provide links and/or redirects to other websites through the Website. The existence of these links does not indicate that the content of other sites and pages is controlled by the Company. Provided that the Company is authorized to change its business, its commercial partnership and its domain name, and to carry out the same activity through another domain name, and such changes will not have any effect on the Terms of Use.

All elements of the Website, including but not limited to the database, interface, design, text, codes belong to the Company and/or have been acquired by the Company from a third party under a legally valid license. It is prohibited to copy or otherwise use the Website as a whole or in parts, unless expressly authorized by the Company within these Terms of Use.

15. In all cases deemed legally force majeure, the Company shall not be legally liable for late performance and/or non-performance of any of its obligations arising from the Terms of Use. Such circumstances shall not be deemed to be delay, non-performance or default on the part of the Company, nor shall the Company be liable to indemnify the visitors for any damages. The term force majeure shall be interpreted as events beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party and which the Company cannot prevent despite exercising due diligence. In addition, situations such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, riots, war, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures and/or interruptions, power outages and bad weather conditions are also considered as force majeure.

16. The law of the Republic of Turkey shall govern the application and interpretation of these Terms of Use and the management of legal relations arising under these Terms of Use. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to settle any disputes arising or that may arise from these Terms of Use.

17.These Terms of Use shall become effective for all visitors on the date they are announced by the Company on the Website. Visitors accept these Terms of Use by visiting and/or using the Website. The Company may amend the provisions of the Terms of Use at any time and the amendments shall enter into force on the date of publication.
